  9. from the database can be selected by size of contribution, demographics, and
  10. dates. The mass mailing export feature allows generation of diskettes/tapes for
  11. outside mailing services. With the WordPerfect interface, customized thank
  12. you's and tax deduction letters can be generated. The system was designed and
  13. is being used by one of the largest not-for-profit agencies in the USA. The
  14. system can be customized for an agency's specific requirements. It is written
  15. in the Progress 4GL, which includes an end-user ad-hoc query/reporting feature
  16. and a state-of-the-art relational database management system. Full support
